Process_Step:
Process_Description:
Data Was gathered from the WI DNR web Portal. Wildlife areas were were identified and selected and downloaded. The downloaded shapefiles from the DNR Portal were then brought into a working personal geodatabase. The wildlife areas were overlayed onto the Trempealeau County Parcel Dataset and adjusted to the parcel boundaries. Information was gathered from the web portal and other resources such as historical plat books, deeds and maps. Attributes were then assigned to the polygons of the wildlife areas. The data was then imported into the Trempealeau County SDE database.
