General Information
Membership is five (5) Board Members. This committee provides direction and supervision for the Information Technology and Maintenance department and oversight of custodial services.

Meetings:
The Board meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Duties:
- Direction and supervision of the Maintenance Department.
- Administer County Property under Sec. 59.06 (1) Wis. Stats.
- Oversight of custodial services except that a special committee (Building Committee) may be appointed for Capital Improvement.
- Administer courthouse emergency procedures policy, including authority to make necessary revisions to the policy.
