The ADRC is again offering applications for the
Senior Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program

Who is eligible?
Voucher recipients must
- Be 60 years of age (55 if Native American),
- A Trempealeau County resident, and
- Have an income at or below 185% of poverty; 2023
1 person household - Annual income up to $26,973 or monthly income of $2,248
2 person household - Annual income up to $36,482 or monthly income of $3,041
If eligible, you will receive a booklet of coupons ($35.00) that can be used at local farmers markets or apple orchards, if they registered with the program as a Vendor.
Vouchers are available for distribution June 1st to September 30th
If you are interested in applying or have questions please contact your Nutrition Coordinator at 715-538-2311 Ext 247 or ADRC at 715-538-2001 and we will arrange to get you an application. Because of COVID-19 we are able to do this process through the mail if necessary.
We can also offer local transportation to the farmers market or assistance in pickup of items and delivering them.
